We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 14137493 CANADA INC. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the daily operations of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members in various areas of responsibility.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Operations: Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure the efficient operation of the store.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, and provide training and development opportunities to ensure staff are equipped to meet the needs of the store.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
The Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent attention to detail.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:30 hours per week.
