Executive Support Specialist

About the Role:
Xendara Career College is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As an essential member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
- Motivate staff to achieve their full potential and promote a positive work environment
- Open and distribute mail and other materials as needed
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain efficiency
- Schedule and confirm appointments for team members
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate team member
- Answer electronic enquiries and respond promptly to client inquiries
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel and related itineraries for team members
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements:
- Computer and technology knowledge, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
- Technical terminology, including business terminology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Personal suitability, including reliability, time management, and due diligence
