Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our new residential project in Langley, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the project from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving the project forward and achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the project from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to project team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of construction management experience in Metro Vancouver.
  • Proven track record of managing multifamily projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Experience working in collaborative, design-assist environments is an asset.
