**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at HWY 401 Warden Pet Hospital PR. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our office policies and procedures
* Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency
* Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
* Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
* Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

**Supervision**

* Supervise a team of 3-4 people
* Work Term: Permanent
* Work Language: English
* Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week

**Requirements**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
