Job Description

The Client Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our Market Centre by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

As the first point of contact for clients and associates, the Client Care Coordinator must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a high level of energy.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering phone calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Promptly and accurately paging agent messages as required
  • Greeting clients and associates with a smile and warmth
  • Maintaining the appearance of the reception area and common areas of the Market Centre
  • Providing detailed and timely responses to client and associate inquiries
  • Assisting with the front desk aspects of the listing process
  • Booking and confirming showing appointments
  • Preparing and distributing deposit cheque receipts

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of real estate administrative practices
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems
  • High school diploma and 2+ years of real estate administration experience
