Key Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner
- Promptly page agent messages and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain the appearance of the reception area and common areas of the Market Centre
- Provide detailed and timely responses to all associates, clients, and staff questions and concerns
- Coordinate the front desk aspects of the listing process, including booking and confirming showing appointments
- Ensure accurate and timely TREB reporting and updates
- Process and distribute cheques, including deposit cheque receipts
- High School Graduate
- 2+ years of real estate administration experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Broker Bay and other administrative software
