We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Meineke Car Care Center. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
- HR Support: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet our organization's goals.
- Operations: Direct and control daily operations, including directing staff and motivating them to achieve their best.
- Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and organized.
- Mentorship: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Youths: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
- Support for Mature Workers: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for mature workers.
- Support for Visible Minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
