Job Title: Regional Vice President Sales Canada

At Allegion, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President Sales Canada to lead our Commercial Sales Team in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel programs and initiatives to support sales growth.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Canadian commercial marketplace.
  5. Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian commercial market and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  3. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
