Job Title: Regional Vice President Sales Canada

Allegion Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President Sales Canada to lead our Commercial Sales Team in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability in Canada.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement channel programs and business development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Canadian commercial marketplace.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
  • Prepare and present regular business reports to General Manager, Canada on sales performance and business results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Technical field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience leading a high-performing sales team and setting sales targets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and channel programs.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
  • Strong customer focus and results-oriented with a proven ability to motivate team members to achieve outcomes.
