Regional Vice President - Sales and Distribution

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Western region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee development and engagement.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the building products industry.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and employees.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
