Regional Vice President

Gentek Building Products Ltd. is a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products across Canada. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Western region (AB, BC, SK) and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and distribution, with experience in managing teams and developing business strategies. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with customers, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to drive growth beyond targets
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
- Lead a team of sales and distribution professionals to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and distribution leadership roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
