Regional Vice President - Sales and Distribution

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Western region (AB, BC, SK). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and employee performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth beyond targets.
  • Partner with customers to enhance relationships, leverage market connectivity, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Access and leverage data to inform sales decisions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, promoting valued behaviors and adhering to company policies.
  • Analyze data and market intelligence to inform business decisions and present proposals for growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in management roles, preferably in distribution and sales settings.
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
  • Financial acumen, with a working knowledge of P&Ls and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business or management-related fields.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, AS 400, and PowerPoint.
