Regional Vice President - Sales and Distribution

Gentek, a leading manufacturer and distributor of exterior home improvement products, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Vice President to lead our Western region (AB, BC, SK). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and employee performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth beyond targets.
  • Partner with customers to enhance relationships, leverage market connectivity, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Access and leverage data to inform sales decisions and drive operational efficiency.
  • Lead by example, promoting valued behaviors and adhering to our Code of Conduct and company policies.
  • Analyze data and market intelligence to inform business decisions and present proposals for ideas or plans beyond authority.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in distribution and sales.
  • Building products experience an asset, with a technical background.
  • Financial acumen, with a working knowledge of P&L's.
  • Post-secondary education, preferably in business or management.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, AS 400, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills.
