Regional Vice President, Development - Western Canada

Bespoke Social Profit Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts in Western Canada. As Regional Vice President, Development, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies to secure major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and government grants.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure significant financial support
  • Lead and manage large-scale fundraising and capital campaigns
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with major donors, prospects, and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the board of directors to align fundraising efforts with organizational goals
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of major gift fundraisers
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute municipal and provincial partnerships
  • Support the President of Partners and executive volunteers in their fundraising efforts
  • Provide regular updates to the CEO and board of directors on fundraising progress
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of major gift fundraising experience
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing large-scale fundraising campaigns
  • Experience working with and reporting to a board of directors
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic fundraising plans
