We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Shivam Transport Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and provide support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations
  • Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

You must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Windows, Word, and Excel, is essential.
