We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Material Handling Sales Representative to join our team at Brandt in Southern Ontario. Reporting to our Mississauga Construction & Forestry location, this role will be responsible for driving sales of forklifts and other material handling equipment in assigned territories.
About the Job- Sell both new and used material handling equipment within designated areas of responsibility (AOR).
- Travel throughout the AOR to effectively cover current and prospect-account locations, building relationships and growing our customer base.
- Keep current on customers' business activities and changing needs, preparing and maintaining customer status reports including sales call activities and customer lists.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for the AOR, staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry models.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven individual with proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
- Familiarity with the Material Handling industry, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Able to travel throughout the assigned area of responsibility (AOR), possess and maintain a valid driver's license and passport, and be available to travel internationally.
Estimated salary range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
