Job Description
The NAM Regional Development Manager – Industrials will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing strategic business plans. This role requires a unique blend of logistics, sales, and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics sales or business development
