ROLE SUMMARY

The Regional Office Operations Coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients of IG Wealth Management. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, handling reception duties, and supporting key business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients, managing incoming calls, and maintaining inventory levels
  • Receiving, preparing, and distributing mail and courier services
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, setting up technology, and performing office equipment maintenance
  • Providing guidance and support to the Consultant network on policies, procedures, and available resources
  • Onboarding new members to the office, assisting with system training, and providing general inquiries support
  • Performing other administrative duties as required by the Manager, Region Office Operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative and reception experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline is an asset
  • Proven strengths in client service orientation, accountability, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork
  • Discretion and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Strong business and technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Agile learning and a desire for continuous improvement and development are assets
  • Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset
