Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel, making reservations, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies, including preparing reports, compiling data, and analyzing employee data.
  • Team Support: Provide support to our team, including training staff, conducting research, and performing data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, MS Office, Google Drive.
  • Language: English.
