  • Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities and services, including dining options, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Offer general information about points of interest in the area, enhancing the guest experience.
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
