Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Yogesh Hospitality Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reservation Management: Take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Hotel Information: Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and services.
- Departure Process: Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, including faxing, filing, and photocopying.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests and respond to their needs in a professional manner.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Physical Demands: Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week.
