Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team at MS Gas Station Ltd. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales management, supervising a team of 3-4 people. They will be responsible for managing cash, overseeing payroll administration, and conducting performance reviews.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of the sales team
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests and supply shortages
