About the Opportunity

BHP Group is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support the Jansen project in Saskatchewan, Canada. As a key member of the team, you will drive forward the HR activities to prepare for future operations and design organizational frameworks that align with HR principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement people-focused initiatives to enhance employee engagement and diversity.
  • Contribute to the deployment of programs, training, and initiatives that promote a high-performing workforce.
  • Assess change impacts and create integrated change management plans.
  • Prepare and manage HR reports to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the strategic workforce plan to ensure it meets business needs and objectives.
  • Engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management experience.
  • Chartered Professional in Human Resources designation preferred.
What We Offer

BHP Group offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
