Your Opportunity at SECUREAs a Commercial Operations and Field Services Representative, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and planning the execution of sales for SECURE's Metal Recycling business. This role is based out of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
You will work closely with our Operations team to foster a positive atmosphere and culture that promotes collaboration and growth.
The TeamOur successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SECURE's operations and the metal recycling industry. Experience with business development, client relations, or related education is highly valued.
Work EnvironmentThis is a full-time temporary position lasting 4-8 months, starting in January. As a Commercial Operations and Field Services Representative, you will be expected to travel and maintain high performance across our entire area of operations.
Key Responsibilities- Possess a detailed knowledge of SECURE's operations and the market drivers affecting our business.
- Develop and exploit business opportunities to grow SECURE's market share.
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
- Represent SECURE at tradeshows, conferences, and other networking events.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, trends, and innovative technologies.
- Support and facilitate cooperation across operational work groups to achieve assigned business targets.
We are seeking an individual with:
- A minimum of 3 years of sales, business development, or client relations experience.
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Experience preparing and submitting quotation and bid proposals.
- Ability to manage a budget and achieve assigned goals.
- Strong commitment to safety and understanding of behavior-based safety culture.
- Excellent selling, communication, and customer relationship building skills.
