About the Role:

Konica Minolta Canada is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their technical skills to the next level and work with cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair Multi-Functional Products (MFPs) and resolve customer printing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Perform on-site service of MFPs, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity for our customers.
  • BUILD and maintain effective relationships with customers and sales teams, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Manage parts and call management, as well as accurate records, to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and developments in the industry, continuously improving your skills and knowledge to stay ahead of the curve.
  • 5% of your time will be dedicated to lead referrals and product promotion to existing customers, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • The remaining 95% of your time will be focused on break-fix and customer support, resolving technical issues and providing expert advice to our customers.
  • You will have a deep understanding of territory parts budgets and inventory control, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demands.
  • You will also be responsible for following the policies and procedures set forth by Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc.
  • In addition to these key responsibilities, you may be required to perform other relevant duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in technical/repair of electronics or software equipment.
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft OS printing and common network concepts, as well as a basic awareness of common solutions.
  • Low to mid-end office systems certifications, such as CompTIA A+ Certification, CompTIA Net+ Certification, or Microsoft MCP or MCITP Certification.
  • A strong understanding of Color theory and its applications in the workplace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to operate independently and require assistance from time to time.
  • A positive, outgoing, self-motivated individual who is committed to building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the US, with valid travel documents at own expense.
  • A reliable vehicle, valid insurance, and a valid driver's license in good standing are also requirements.
  • Occasional standby and after-hours work may be required, as well as training that may involve after-hours travel and overnight stays, including weekends.
  • High School or equivalent education, with additional certifications or degrees preferred.
