Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Administrator to join our team at BMW/MINI Langley. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales and service teams, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the dealership in a professional and friendly manner, greeting customers and determining the nature of their visit.
  • Communicate with customers on the telephone in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Process sales-related documents, working cooperatively with the sales department.
  • Stock vehicles, perform data entry, check lien and damage reports, and maintain the customer waiting areas.
  • Assist managers with data entry and reporting, and perform other administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Customer service attitude and ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and on the telephone.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, multitasking, and maintaining relationships.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a professional appearance.
  • Computer skills, proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Previous reception experience is an asset.
