**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:
- Assist in the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Engage with clients to effectively present our products/services and manage each client relationship.
- Employ a solutions-driven approach to engage customers, fostering sales growth.
- Collaborate with the team to manage, present, and enhance the sales of each client.
- Assist in delivering samples and informational materials to customers.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling sample requests, meetings, etc.
- Manage customer portal systems to maintain and update items, promotional activity, etc.
- Accurately complete and document requirements from both clients and customers.
**Communication**:
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate with clients and team members in a professional and effective manner.
**Teamwork**:
- Work collaboratively with the team.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics and foster a supportive work environment.
