Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches and Salads. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Cash Handling and Inventory Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Team Supervision: Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they meet their job expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our brand and increase sales.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.

You will be expected to maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
