Job Summary

As a Sales Strategy and Analysis Manager at Randstad Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in building, streamlining, and optimizing best-in-class client-facing presentations and related materials. Your expertise will be crucial in reinforcing the company's position as a value player and thought leader in the market.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver executive presentations that showcase the company's value proposition and drive business decisions
* Collaborate with the CRO to develop sales quota, compensation, and sales incentive plans to maximize revenue
* Provide analysis and insights to drive business decisions, leveraging your proficiency in modeling large data sets
* Oversee and manage a consultant in Sales Analysis, Forecasting & Business Insights to achieve strategic goals
* Refine and optimize internal sales performance reporting to ensure high-quality, consistent insights to key internal partners

Requirements
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, or Engineering; a Master's or MBA is an asset
* 4+ years of experience in strategy development, market research, or corporate development, with a strong understanding of marketing concepts
* 3+ years of experience developing and delivering executive presentations, with proficiency in consulting-style approaches to presentation storytelling
* Strong knowledge of the Canadian financial services industry, with a current understanding of emerging trends in Fintech, the digital economy, and consumer-consented data
* Strong math skills and a working knowledge of financial analysis
