Job Description

This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management, with experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement best practices and standards to optimize efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop high-performing teams, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
  • Contract Management: Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, managing relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in facility management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive process improvements, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Salary Range:

$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
