Job Summary

The Senior Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service team, including managing schedules, coordinating maintenance activities, and resolving technical issues. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Service Delivery Management
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment uptime and performance.
  • Manage and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to customer operations.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and grow existing customer relationships.
Sales Support
  • Provide input and guidance on sales strategies and tactics to ensure alignment with customer needs.
