As a Human Resources Strategist at Ram Plastics Inc., you will play a critical role in developing and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the company's growth and success.

**Job Description**

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
  • Provide expert advice to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements
  • Meditate labour disputes and grievances in a fair and impartial manner
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fairness and equity
  • Administer benefits, employment equity, and other human resources programs to support employee well-being and engagement
  • Coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to promote professional growth and development
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure compliance and best practices
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to build a high-performing team

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
