Administrative Coordinator

At Ontario Inc, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and meetings.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Answer electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Organize conferences and meetings.
- Train staff in procedures and software use.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
