Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in White Rock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling office correspondence.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and maintain accurate and up-to-date office calendars.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management, ensuring all records are accurate and easily accessible.
- Help maintain a well-organized workspace, including ordering office supplies and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and time-management abilities, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
