Bloor Tire is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders.

We are offering a competitive salary in the range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time position, working 38-44 hours per week.

Job Description:
  • Manage administrative tasks, including correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate office services, such as equipment maintenance, supplies, and parking
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data analysis and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
