Job Description

TIRE HUT is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This permanent, part-time position involves coordinating and planning office services, administering policies, and overseeing administrative procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff
  • Oversee payroll administration and oversee office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in a similar role
Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated at around $45,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
