Job Summary

The Administrative Services Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative procedures are implemented and followed. This includes reviewing and evaluating new procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure they are effective and efficient.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and preparing reports.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records and coordinate office services such as accommodation and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

Work Environment

The Administrative Services Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, interacting with staff and management to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Working Hours

30 hours per week, permanent position.
