At Elite Canada Security Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 per year.

About the Role

We require a detail-oriented and organized individual who can implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing ones, and oversee daily office operations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate and plan for various office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinate and plan for various office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
