Job Description

BITS Testing Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join their team.

This permanent full-time position will involve overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a strong background in education at the college or CEGEP level. They will possess a high level of organizational skill, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities. You will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate performance, and supervise a team of up to 20 people.

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 per year, based on industry standards for this type of role. The successful candidate will also enjoy a competitive benefits package, including paid time off, health and dental benefits, and opportunities for professional development.
