You will play a vital role in supporting complex projects and process development work with our procurement team and cross-functional teams across the Compass Sector Groups and Member Group teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning and execution with data insights and reporting
  • Develop and maintain presentation data and communication materials
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication and collaboration
  • Analyze processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Optimize client orders through data analysis and streamlining logistics
  • Manage annual sealift orders DSD logistic process
  • Design resource tools for data collection and insights enhancement
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Lead procurement specialist team on new hire recruitment & training, personal development plans, and performance reviews
  • Share best practices and learnings with US counterparts to improve ways of working in Canada
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Expertise in analytics, procurement functions, and related requirements with strategic ability
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Compensation Package

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
