Job DescriptionThe COO will oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and strategic objectives, driving a culture of excellence across all levels of the organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximize profitability and achieve positive cash flow
- Maintaining high standards of property management and ensuring strict compliance with brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Leading expansion efforts into emerging and developed markets, including recent acquisitions in the USA, while identifying new opportunities for growth and strategic partnerships
- Fostering strong relationships with major franchisors and partners to enhance brand visibility, market share, and overall competitiveness in the industry
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a senior operational role within the hospitality industry, with a strong understanding of multi-brand management
- Comprehensive knowledge of hotel management principles, brand equity, and revenue generation strategies, supported by a history of successful outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams while managing complex operational structures effectively
- Excellent financial acumen, with a solid background in strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting
We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
