Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Manager to lead our team at Trail-Trac Transport Inc.

Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the allocation of resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
  2. Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  3. Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, driving collaboration and results-oriented teamwork.
  4. Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning, guaranteeing strategic alignment and tactical execution.
  5. Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, ensuring consistency with company vision and mission.
  6. Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
Supervision

Lead a team of over 20 professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance individual and collective performance.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to support business operations and decision-making.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

  2. Manage a large workload while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.
