This sales development opportunity is designed for a high-performing individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Co-op to join our team in Winnipeg, MB. As a Sales Co-op, you will be immersed in our sales operations, learning the business from two unique perspectives: Ground Up and Building Critical Business Skills.

Ground Up:

  • You will develop relationships across our Field Sales network, receive best-in-class coaching & engage in career connects with Leadership.
  • You will leverage sales forecasting tools to deliver consistent sales targets.
  • You will sell & service our customers in compliance with our Customer Development Agreements.
  • You will flex both your entrepreneurial muscles and your physical muscles while merchandising our iconic brands to execute advertising displays.

Building Critical Business Skills:

  • You will work closely with our Sales leaders and utilize strong analytical and communication skills to execute a field sales project to help the team deliver results with our most important customers.
  • The key aspects of this assignment can include POS optimization, Innovation Launch & Sustainment, Customer Development Agreement optimization, and other unique projects rooted in real-time business priorities.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • You are available to work full time from September 2024 to December 2024.
  • You are in your third year of study, Business Degree preferred.
  • Valid, full driver's license, with a clean driving record & reliable daily access to a personal vehicle.
  • High academic achievement along with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time.
  • A skilled problem solver who enjoys challenges.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to confidently interact with all levels within the organization, from front-line to executive.
  • A self-starter with the ability to plan work to meet objectives, set priorities and manage work schedule.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
