Job Title: Technical Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Job Description:

  • Promote sales to existing clients through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, highlighting their value proposition.
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations that showcase our offerings and address client concerns.
  • Conduct sales transactions efficiently, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
  • Utilize technology to conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce platforms.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, taking into account client requirements.
  • Provide input into product design, tailoring solutions to meet client needs.
  • Offer ongoing support to clients after sale, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations, adapting your approach as needed.
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment, enhancing their technical knowledge.
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Advertise and promote our products, sales, or services through various channels.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists, guiding and mentoring them as needed.
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service, ensuring accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • At least 7 months of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in a technical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including electronic commerce platforms and software applications.
