Job Description:

At Maserati & Alfa Romeo of Winnipeg, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the new or used car sales process, from the initial customer interaction to the final sale and beyond. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide them with a personalized retail experience that exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, options, and benefits.
• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, and listen to their needs and concerns.
• Assist customers in understanding our offerings and selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
• Create a customer base through effective contact methods and maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Handle customer queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• College certificate or additional courses would be an asset.
• Automotive sales experience would be an asset.
• Provincially licensed as recognized by the MVDA (OMVIC, AMVIC, etc.).
• Adaptable to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
