Business Operations Coordinator

BeBee Professionals in Burlington is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage daily office operations. About the Role:- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, maintaining a professional and responsive demeanor at all times.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, as well as manage office calendars, ensuring seamless coordination among team members.
- Maintain a well-organized office environment, including supplies and equipment, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and report preparation, utilizing your analytical skills to identify areas for improvement.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an office administrator or in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt quickly to new software and systems.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and attention to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
