Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorSalary Range:

$52,000 - $72,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the RoleJob Description:
  • Coordinate Administrative Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., ensuring seamless execution.
  • Support Staff Consultation: Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, fostering open communication.
  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Leadership Development: Train staff, establish policies and procedures, and oversee payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, manage contracts, and oversee travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to employee queries, and provide customer service.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, prepare minutes of meetings, and compile data statistics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, time management, adaptability, and ability to multitask.
