Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities.

About the Role

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs. You will also provide exceptional customer service, work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles.
  • A proven track record of customer satisfaction and taking initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
  • The ability to multi-task and make presentations to potential customers.
  • An OTL/RIBO license is required or in the process of obtaining.
  • A Life License is not required but is considered an asset.
