Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Kwality Fine Indian Restaurant. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for staff members, including training sessions and meetings.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant staff members or departments.
  • Respond to electronic enquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, supplies, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with staff members to ensure that all tasks and responsibilities are completed on time.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Degree in business administration or related field is an asset.
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator is preferred.
