About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at goeasy Ltd. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, processing requests and modifications as needed, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our financial products and services to effectively communicate with customers and provide recommendations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and business processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their concerns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, with strong keyboarding skills and the ability to learn new software programs.
  • Availability: Ability to work full-time in our office, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
